Following each inspection, you'll receive a full digital report with time-stamped photos, notes on condition, and clear recommendations for continued roof integrity.
- 🧰 Included Maintenance – Up to 200 Square Feet
Minor touch-ups, such as sealing, fastener replacement, or shingle realignment, are covered up to 200 sq. ft. per YEAR — no additional charge.
- 💰 Discounted Repairs Beyond Scope
If any repairs are needed beyond the included touch-up, material and labor costs will be discounted by 15%. You get priority scheduling and transparent pricing for any additional work.
