1.  Scope of Services

DVZ Roofing provides roofing consultations, inspections, installations, repairs, and related services as outlined in written estimates or contracts. All services are performed in accordance with industry standards and applicable building codes.

2.  Estimates and Payment

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

• A signed agreement and deposit may be required before work begins.

• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include check, credit card, or approved digital platforms.

• Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee and suspension of warranty coverage until resolved.

 

3.  Insurance and Claims

If your project involves insurance claims:

• DVZ Roofing may assist with documentation and adjuster coordination.

• You remain responsible for all deductible payments and any uncovered costs.

• We do not guarantee insurance approval or reimbursement.

 

4.  Materials and Warranty

• All materials used will meet or exceed manufacturer specifications.

• Manufacturer warranties apply where available; DVZ Roofing may offer additional workmanship warranties as stated in your contract.

• Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by acts of nature, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

 

5.  Scheduling and Delays

• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions.

• We will communicate promptly regarding any delays and reschedule as needed.

• DVZ Roofing is not liable for delays beyond our control.

 

6.  Liability and Limitations

• DVZ Roofing is insured and operates with safety and compliance as top priorities.

• We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues, hidden damage, or client-provided materials.

• Any claims must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of project completion.

 

7.  Privacy and Communication

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We may contact you via phone, email, or text regarding your project. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

 

8.  Changes and Cancellations

• Change orders must be submitted in writing and may affect pricing and timelines.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled work may incur a fee to cover mobilization costs.

• DVZ Roofing reserves the right to decline service or terminate contracts for non-payment or unsafe conditions.

 

9.  Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hood County, Texas.
